APRCE2026 General Registration

Please select “1” if you do not have an accompanying person. If you wish to receive a single invoice, group registration is available for up to three (3) participants, including the primary registrant (the registrant plus up to two additional participants).

*Combinations of “Early Bird Registration” and “Accompanying Person” are permitted; however, registration for “Accompanying Person” only is not allowed.
*“Accompanying Person” is limited to spouses or family members.
*“Sponsor” category cannot be grouped with  “Early Bird Registration” and “Accompanying Person”. Group registration is permitted among “Sponsor” participants only. 
*Please note that registration and attendance by minors are not permitted. 

ご自身のみのご参加の場合は、登録者ご本人＝１を選択してください。請求書を同一にされたい場合は、登録者ご本人を含め最大3名様（登録者ご本人＋2名様）まで、まとめてご登録いただくことが可能です。

* 組み合わせは「早期登録」「同伴者」のいずれでも可能ですが、「同伴者」のみのご登録はご遠慮ください。
*「同伴者」は配偶者またはご家族の方に限ります。
*「協賛企業」は、「早期登録」「同伴者」とまとめてご登録いただくことはできません。なお、「協賛企業」区分同士でのまとめてのご登録は可能です。

To facilitate networking among participants, names and organization (company/organization names) will be listed in the Official Convention App.

If you select “Consent”:
Your names and organization (company/organization names) will be visible to other participants. 
For other information (such as position and email address), you may control the visibility of each item within the App. Such information will only be shared with participants with whom you establish a connection through the networking function. Any information you choose to share may be used for networking purposes, including chat and one-on-one meeting arrangements.
Please note that no personal information other than your names and organization (company/organization names) will be made publicly available to other participants within the App.

If you select “Do Not Consent”:
None of your information will be displayed in the App. 

Kindly indicate your consent regarding the publication of your name and organization (company/organization names) by selecting one of the options below. 

本大会では、参加者同士のネットワーキング機会創出のため、参加者情報を参加者向けアプリに掲載予定です。

「掲載可」を選択された場合
氏名および所属名（会社名）が参加者に公開されます。
その他の情報（役職名・メールアドレス等）については、アプリ上で項目ごとに公開・非公開を設定いただくことができ、ネットワーキングで接続（コネクト)した相手にのみ共有されます。共有された情報は、チャットや1対1のミーティング設定などのネットワーキング機能にご利用いただけます。
この場合でも、氏名・ご所属（会社名）以外の個人情報がアプリ上で参加者に公開されることはありません。

「掲載不可」を選択された場合
すべての情報はアプリに掲載されません。

The Welcome Reception will be held at "Rose" (3rd floor) of Tokyo Kaikan  on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, starting at 18:00.
※ Please note that, depending on the order of arrival, participants may be guided to a satellite venue, "Sakura" (7th floor) instead of the main venue. 

ウェルカムレセプションは10月7日（水）18時から、東京會舘 3階「ローズ」にて開催されます。
※ ご来場順によっては、サテライト会場 7階 「Sakura」へご案内させていただく場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。

The Farewell Party will be held at "Konron" (3rd floor) of International Convention Center “Pamir”, Grand Prince Hotel Shin Takanawa on Friday, October 9, 2026, starting at 19:00.
*Depending on the circumstances, some participants may be guided to a satellite venue, "Hokushin" (3rd floor).
*If general paid registrants select “Not Attending” for the question below, a JPY 10,000 discount will be applied to the registration fee.

Changes to Farewell Party Attendance (for General Paid Registrants) 
Please note that a handling fee of JPY 2,000 will be charged for any changes to the Farewell Party attendance status after registration has been completed.

Change from Attending to Not Attending:
If you notify the Registration Desk by email no later than Friday, July 31 2026, 15:00 (JST) JPY 8,000 will be refunded after deducting the handling fee of JPY 2,000. 
No refunds will be made for cancellations received after Friday, July 31 2026, 15:00 (JST) regardless of the reason. However, in consideration of reducing food waste, requests to cancel attendance at the Farewell Party will still be accepted after Friday, July 31 2026, 15:00 (JST) although no refund will be provided.

Change from Not Attending to Attending:
If you notify the Registration Desk by email by August 14 2026, 15:00 (JST) you will be charged JPY 12,000, which includes the JPY 2,000 handling fee.

フェアウェルパーティーは10月9日（金）19時から、グランドプリンスホテル新高輪　国際館「パミール」 3階「崑崙」にて開催されます。
※ 状況によりサテライト会場 3階「北辰」へご案内させていただく場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。 
※ 一般有料登録の方で下記設問にて「欠席」を選択された場合、参加登録料が10,000円割引になります。

一般有料登録の方でフェアウェルパーティーの出欠変更について
一般有料登録者のご登録完了後のフェアウェルパーティー出欠変更につきましては、 2,000 円の手数料が発生いたしますことを予めご了承ください。 

【出席から欠席に変更する場合】 
・7月31日(金)15:00(日本時間)までに参加登録事務局へメールにてご連絡いただいた場合は、手数料2,000円を除いた 8,000円を返金いたします。 
・7月31日(金)15:00(日本時間)以降に欠席に変更のご連絡をいただいた場合、返金は行いませんが、フードロス削減の観点からキャンセルは承ります。 

【欠席から出席に変更する場合】
・8月14日(金)15:00までは出席への変更を承りますが、手数料2,000円を加算した12,000円を請求いたします。

*Sponsors and FAPRA Invitees will be considered registered upon receipt of this automated confirmation email.
