If you are serving both as a committee member and a session chair or speaker: Register as WVAC 2026 Committee.

If you are serving both as a session chair and a speaker: Register as Invited Speaker for WVAC 2026 or Symposiasts for Annual Conference.

For attendees who have selected "Yes", an Invitation Letter in PDF format will be attached to the email that will be sent automatically upon completion of your payment.

This letter in no way guarantees that you will be issued a visa. For full instructions on how to obtain a visa for entry into Japan, please visit the website of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan.
